The Sweet is a nod to the 70’s music scene, pics of your favorite rockers, a record player, and 70’s styled glitz and glam. Kick back, throw on a record and cook up some tasty food in your own personal charcoal grill, or layout and watch the sunset.
The Sweet features wrap around couches that double as beds, sleeps up to 3, sweet views, TV With DVD Player, record player, ambiance fireplace, private patio with charcoal grill, picnic table, and lounge chairs. Sorry no doggies allowed in this one. Wifi available.

Payment: 100% due at time of booking.
Cancellations: You will receive 50% refund of payment if you cancel outside of 8 days of your check in. You will receive 0% refund of payment if you cancel within 8 days of check in
Damage Deposit: A hold of $ 100 will be charged on the check in date and released 1 day after check out.
Music: We have a jukebox for all to enjoy – it’s a large part of the Hicksville experience! Please leave personal speakers at home.
