About the Pioneer
In 1946, Pioneertown was founded by a group of Hollywood types set on creating a living movie set. We pay homage to that with our Pioneer Trailer, an 1870’s cozy frontier style abode.
The Pioneer features a full bed, mini fridge, sink, front porch, AC Unit/Heat, dog friendly (Up to 2 dogs, 25lbs or less), shared bathroom, located poolside. wifi available.

Payment: 100% due at time of booking.
Cancellations: You will receive 50% refund of payment if you cancel outside of 8 days of your check in. You will receive 0% refund of payment if you cancel within 8 days of check in
Damage Deposit: A hold of $ 100 will be charged on the check in date and released 1 day after check out.
Music: We have a jukebox for all to enjoy – it’s a large part of the Hicksville experience! Please leave personal speakers at home.
