1-Day Itinerary
If you only have one day, here’s what to do:
Check in at 3PM and get a tour of the property and your trailer
Check out the archery/ bb gun range, play some corn-hole, ping pong, darts, run around with your dog, jump in the pool, lay in the sun
Grab a drink, or hit the lifeguard tower vaporizer and kick back and relax
Enjoy the beautiful sunset!
Grab dinner and a drink at Joshua Tree Saloon outdoor dine-in or grab a pizza to go from Pie For The People
Pick up wine & beer from the Joshua Tree Bottle Shop
Meet up with old or new friends around the firepit and swap stories and jokes, kick back and listen to the jukebox
Stargaze in our rooftop hot tub, an experience like no other in Joshua Tree!
Wake up and enjoy an early game of mini golf, make some breakfast in the kitchen area, grab a coffee from the Keurig machine and get ready to head to the Joshua Tree National Park

Wake up and catch a beautiful sunrise, play a game of mini golf
Grab a coffee from our Keurig machine or head downtown to JT Coffee Co. for a delicious cold brew.
Grab snacks at Roadrunner Grab N’ Go before heading to the park
Check out Skull Rock, The Cholla Garden, etc. at our beautiful National Park (West Entrance)
Grab lunch at Crossroads Cafe, Western Cafe or Country Kitchen, all on Rte 62
Check out the Crochet Museum and other fun art spaces, shop at The Station and take a photo with Big Josh,
Head back to Hicksville and relax in the pool, sunbathe listening to the jukebox, take a 420 break in the lifeguard vape room, stop by the ice machine and make a cold drink and relax with a book from our mini library
Head to Pappy and Harriets for dinner and a live show and visit Pioneertown while you wait for your table.
Head back to Hicksville to shoot some pool and play pinball or arcade games in the game room, use the photobooth, get a rematch in ping pong or grab a game of shuffleboard
Make a fire in the tipi firepit, stargaze on the chaise lounge on the roof or from the hot tub

Have a little more time?
Grill up some breakfast on the charcoal grill with our cast Iron pans
Take a dip in the pool, swing in the hammock, or lounge in the sunbathing chairs while listening to the jukebox
Run around with your dog, take some fun photos around the property (don’t forget to tag us at #HicksvilleTrailerPalace)
Head over to Noah Purifoy’s outdoor art museum then head off to the Integratron for a sound bath, take some photos in front of Giant Rock
Cool off in the pool and lay in the sun under the water misters by the lifegaurd tower, grab some snacks and bottled vintage soda pop flavors from the vending machines
Check out some vintage shops like Black Luck Vintage, Hoof & The Horn, The End, grab donuts at The Jelly Donut
Pick up some BBQ from Dickeys BBQ in town or grab some stuff to grill on the charcoal grill
Take a moonlit dip in the pool, followed up by stargazing in the hot tub and warming up by the fire, don’t forget the s’mores
Don’t forget to grab Hicksville merchandise before checking out and heading back to Joshua Tree National Park
