About the Skipper
The Skipper is a nautical themed sailors dream. We have transformed this working boat into a landlubber and his mates quarters.
The Skipper features a private covered front deck, upper deck equipped with hammocks, private sandy beach, full kitchen, private bathroom, King Bed, futon sofa, flat screen TV with DVD’s, AC Units/Heat, and is dog friendly (2 max). Sleeps up to 4, wifi available.
Policies
Must be 21+ except for Family Weeks and entire property bookings

Payment: 100% due at time of booking.
Cancellations: You will receive 50% refund of payment if you cancel outside of 8 days of your check in. You will receive 0% refund of payment if you cancel within 8 days of check in
Damage Deposit: A hold of $ 100 will be charged on the check in date and released 1 day after check out.
Music: We have a jukebox for all to enjoy – it’s a large part of the Hicksville experience! Please leave personal speakers at home.
